Welcome to the class blog for Fr. Augustine's Winter 2017 Religion II class. You will be replying to my posts as part of a number of homework assignments. Please respond to this post by telling me what you would like to get out of this class.
In this class I would like to gain my knowledge about the morals or meanings of scriptures that I don't know about, if there is specific teachings of Jesus that I'm not well informed about, and how the new testament goes about Jesus' life story (order of events).
From this class, I would like to learn about certain things that I didn't know. I would also like to learn about the actual history of people in the New Testament, and where people fall on a timetable historically.
In this class I would like to learn more about my faith. So I can be more informed about my religion. And also would like to be able to relate more things in my life with this knowledge
In this class i would like to learn more about the important figures in the bible and throughout history and more about KEY historical figures who were effected by Jesus life or teachings
In all honesty, I'm also not 100% sure on what I would like to learn. Whatever lesson in the class interests me, I will learn from (not saying I won't gain anything from lessons that don't spark my interest).

ReplyDeleteI believe that out of this class my faith will grow, and that's something I want. When this is class is over my goal is to not doubt God.

ReplyDeleteWhat i want to learn about this class is more about Jesus, his life and more for example like is childhood, what did he want to be when he was small.
